Executive Chef Bernard Norget Chef Norget has commanded the Sterling kitchen for fourteen years and brings with him extensive training from the Master Chefs of France as well as successful restaurant experience (N.Y. Times 3 star rating). ![]() Peter Fazio Peter is respected as one of the most creative, organized, and detail driven caterers in the industry. Peter provides a practical approach and works directly with all Sterling clients to ensure the success of each event. As a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in hospitality administration, Peter has received hands on training in the food and beverage industry in establishments such as the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and the Culinary Institute of America. Ari Starkman Ari brings his fresh creative and restaurant experience to Sterling. He began his career in the Food and Events industry while attending the Berklee School of Music and later the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked under some of today’s most renowned chefs including, Jody Adams, Steven Starr, and Rocco D’Spirito. Ari joined the Sterling team as the General Manager over three years ago.
